1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using astroai.in and its services (the "Service"), operated by ApnaAstroAI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

ApnaAstroAI provides AI-powered Vedic astrology readings including Kundali generation, Kundali Milan (compatibility matching), palmistry analysis, numerology, baby name suggestions, and horoscope content. All readings are generated by artificial intelligence trained on classical Vedic texts.

Important Disclaimer: All readings are for entertainment, self-reflection, and general guidance purposes only. They do not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Do not make major life decisions based solely on astrological readings.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ApnaAstroAI. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement. Services for minors may be accessed by a parent or guardian on their behalf.

4. Account Registration

• Accounts are created via mobile OTP verification.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change; changes apply to future transactions only.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd.). By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service. ApnaAstroAI does not store your card details.

5.3 Subscription Billing

Subscription plans are billed in advance. One-time purchases are billed at the time of purchase. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for all fees.

6. Refund Policy

• Technical failures: If your reading was not delivered due to a technical error on our part, you are entitled to a full refund or re-generation.
• Change of mind: We do not offer refunds for completed AI readings as the service is delivered instantly and digitally.
• Subscription cancellation: Cancelling a subscription stops future billing; no partial refunds for unused periods.
• Refund timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• How to raise a dispute: Email support@astroai.in within 7 days of the transaction with your order ID.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our AI models or content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Submit false birth information to manipulate readings.
• Resell or redistribute readings without written permission.
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ApnaAstroAI — including text, graphics, AI models, brand name, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of ApnaAstroAI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Your personal readings belong to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share them freely for personal purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ApnaAstroAI, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ApnaAstroAI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India. Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution for at least 30 days.
